The head is one that was sculpted of me personally by my friends at Trigatecreations.com. The body is all Resolute Duke. The Armor is from the recent Star Wars Imperial Engineer, which I modified heavily. Helmet from a SW pilot. The scabbard is from a coffee stirrer, and the holsters for the modified 45s are made from vinyl. Oh, and clone trooper lower arms.

Sorry, I'm not taking any right now as I'm a bit swamped. If you want to try on your own, the recipe is:

Resolute Duke head (this one is from the Res. 5 pack)
Monkey Wrench body
Firefly goggles (this one is from the TRU exclusive)
SE webgear

You can use a girl's emory board to lightly sand off the 'nok tattoo. Then crack the chest open and slowly sand down the top of the torso to create a gap just under 1mm wide between the torso and the chest section. Paint on the wife beater in Flat Black first on the torso and then in Guards Red. Seal together when done. The chest section can be done by using a toothpick to paint in the Flat Black wife beater including the spaghetti straps and then repeat with the Guards Red. Add Yellow to the hair and Flat Black to the goggles. Take the webgear and slice off the gun holster. Take the goggles and make a small V-cut on the top matching up where the nose bridge is to turn the goggles into glasses.

It sounds complicated, but it's really easy to do.
