If the box has GIJ single fig asst w2r3 ten hub sticker on it, it's a revision case or one of the revision cases since there's more than one! If it has w1 then that's wave1, and w2 is wave2! I hope this helps some, and I also work for wm to so you need further help just hit me up!
As far as the pallets in the back goes it depends on his knowledge of box labeling that the manufacturer puts on the boxes! Like as far as revision cases for joes it should look like this w1&2/r2 I think! I'll pm you tonight after I get off work to let you no what it exactly says on the side of the box!

My buddy works at a Super Walmart here in Maryland and has a ton of toy boxes in pallets in the stock room getting ready for next Friday. For Joes and IM2 3.75" figures, is there a clear indication of which wave is which?
