This is my version of the Cobra Sky Crane, as seen in the old Marvel Comics
It's available for download at: https://studio.bricklink.com/v2/buil...?idModel=48951 It's a stud.io model, which is the new app they are using at bricklink. I actually did it in LDD, then imported the model to stud.io so I could upload it. If any of you guys can, please check it out and let me know what you think.

Awesome! It's like a deluxe, larger scale than my previous attempt

For those who downloaded the file, there's a mispositioned technich structure brick on the underside of the body. Just move it a few studs in the cockpit's direction.
I've made a parts list, just waiting for my Lego budget to get high enough so I can start ordering. I'd really like to hear comments about the structural design, because clearly I'm no engineer this thing is supposed to lift other lego sets, but I have no idea if the structure will hold together with weight attached below. This is a huge model, it'a bigger than my own Tomahawk. The cockpit fits four figures, the front gun rotates, and I believe there's room enough in the underbelly for a decent pre-built office, as in the comics. I tried to keep everything solid and steady, and I trust that the most fragile part in this model are the front teeth. This is not entirelly my creation, the whole helicopter blades assembly is from the LEGO Dino cargo copter, but the overall structure of that model was smaller and simpler, it didn't have the "grandeur" of a Cobra Cargo Copter. This is supposed to lift Hiss tanks and take them to the battle. I'll post pics if I ever get to bring this to the real world.
