Mauler -
My Mauler is made from Kreo pieces, and was originally light olive green. It was pretty challenging trying to make the switch with the limited tan produced in the sets. Last edited by stealthy slim; 02-12-2016 at 11:10 PM.. |

Those are nice, but that basket as the backdrop is not! lol great work, I hope to build up an army of tanks for the Joes someday. Do you guys think they're done w/ the Joe Kre-o line?
I think I've bought everything they've made. I even bought 3 Terror Dromes after they wen't on sale! Can't beat that price for bricks. |

Basket backdrop? Heh, oh yeah I guess it does kind of look like that, the way I have it bent around. My backdrop per ser, is just a bamboo dinner mat from my kitchen table =) Cheesy I know, but I don't have many other options other then those old white cardboard pieces I used prop together to use. I kind of thought this new setup reminded me of like a jungle theme, you know with Tiger Force and all?...idk it's just a backdrop, but if you guys would really prefer me go back to just plain white backgroud I'm good with that too ;)
Thanks for checking this stuff out, and thanks also for your replies. ranquet, I had to make quite a few concessions because of part availability; and it really started it's life a little differently: As I've pointed out; last year around this time I was just calling it a second version of mobat. =) hahoo, I haven't heard anything new from the kreo camp except when the Joe team Mark Weber and Daryl Depreist were interviewed. Depreist was visibly excited at the mention of Kreo, but neither would commit to anything for Kreo GI Joe. Instead, (as I think Jedi Jones suggested) they basically said they were not on the Kreo team. So does that mean no more Kreo Joe ever? We speculated about the death of Kreo and then got this awesome boxed set. And as soon as I get the courage to open mine, I'll let you guys know all about it lol |
