Welllll none of them were TAC bases in the eighties they were all MAC bases (Military Airlift Command) so having F-15s on the tarmac was not really normal. Plus these bases were used for Air Force One. (Dreadnoks attacking AF1 now that I would love to see) Since they said "back there" when saying a base had been attacked I would go with Dover.
