Using the HissTank Database for links.

We have this database started and going strong. We help our Hisstank community by making reference to our own web community's data base rather than the other one people are still using constantly.

I think people should be incouraged to use links to figures in the tank's database whenever possible. I know not everything is in ther YET, but it will be someday. Lets remind the community of the good things the Tank and their staff have been doing here.
