So I'm flippin' around on Sirius on my way home from work and I let it go way up to all the talk radio and it hit me: They are having discussions about everything on here EXCEPT...toys, comic books, video games, movies, cartoons etc.
Where the hell is a radio show that has a few guys discussing everything we love? With how collecting is today and the history so much of this stuff has you could literally have YEARS of interesting 1-2 hr shows daily. I think we should do it and I think I'm a good candidate for the job. I'm a bit of a ham as a front man in a band, I have a great speaking voice and I'm part of an online forum that is virtually a shining beacon of fanboy knowledge with some super smart posters. So I'll need 1-2 other guys that want to outline some topics, plot some shows out and then take calls and rap about it live. My only problem? I have ZERO f**king idea about radio or podcasts....but I think this is an AWESOME idea |

Nice. I love my talk radio on XM. I'd tune in. I'd love to hear some of the call ins. Star Wars fans would be the worst!

A Hisstank podcast would be awesome as long as the right people did it.
I haven't listened to any on TFW2005, but I've listened to the ones on Seibertron.com, and they're pretty cool! I could never do one; I just don't know enough about Joes or TFs. |

I think if you had a good format it could be done right. Just off the top of my head: Monday: Weekend Hauls, discuss everything you got, heard about or saw over the weekend. Including cons, funny stuff here etc. Tues: Vintage Tuesday, discuss G1 TF, O-Ring Joes, He-Man, ToyBiz...everything up to the mid 90's (a vehicle segment would be called Tuedays with Morray lol) Weds: Tech Weds, discuss video games, dvds, movies and tv. From Coin-Op arcade days to PS3. Thurs: Current Line-Up, discuss everything from POC to MOTUC to whats going on in the comic book world and so forth. Friday: Causal Fridays, recap everything...2 hrs on whatever is hot or whatever callers want to talk about. |

Seriously, though...I think it's a good idea; I'd like to see it happen! |

I'd also throw in cool stuff like a "retro" chat and talk about 12" Joes and Mego stuff. And of course a Halloween show which would be nothing but horror. Damnit! I'm a virtual idea machine! Why am I broke!!? |
