Both Duma Key and Lisey's Story have some DT feel to them. There are vague references. Lisey slips into another world and Duma has a character who'd be right at home in the Dark Tower.

WOW!!! KING is diving back into the DT!!! This is the best news I've heard since the 7th book dropped!!
It is hands down, the most amazing read my eyes have ever gazed upon. Thanks for the news.

great news about Duma & Lisey's... Guess we won't get any direct references like in Rose Madder / City of Lud, or Insomnia, Black House, or more direct King-DT connections..
Cell was a great stand-alone book, but it felt odd after a decade of DT plots and DT referenced material to have an entire read w/o a single DT reference; I'm hoping maybe something pops up later in Dome, if anyone has finished this and wants to give a thumbs up or thumbs down for DT references w/o spoilers, that would be super awesome. King usually drops hints and segways to midworld when his interest is leaning back into Roland's world, which it seems like it must have been since his comment for TWTTKH came right at the release of Dome.

Ah man, I saw the title and got excited. I was thinking about the old board game with the tower in the center.

<<<<<< my name says it all.
Big fan of the books. Haven't been to the official site in years, so a new book is news to me.

I don't think I can even use my keyboard to express how much I love this series. I love the last part of the shooting mantra. "I don't kill with my gun, I kill with my heart" That right there is the most bad ass, ice cold shit ever written.

I'm reading the Dome. I'm on page 763 so almost finished. I have not come across any references to DT yet but maaaaybe I missed one,I doubt it though. To me the Dome is one of the best stories I have read from SK in awhile, probably since the last book in the DT series. The Dome is really interesting and for a 1074 page book it reads really quick, which is a sign of a good book. I'm really looking forward to the new DT book I heard mentioned...man can't wait.
