JLA Unlimited vs. Galactus & all his Heralds!

Hey fight fans here is one humdinger of a matchup!

In this Corner we have Detective Comics Justice League Unlimited including Superman, Wonder Woman Batman, Green Lantern Shazam and many others..

Versus:

And In this corner we have Marvel Comic's planet munching Galactus and his heavy wieght Heralds! Rounding out their lineup is

1. Silver Surfer
2. Terrax
3. Firelord
4. Morg
5. Nova

Ok krackerjacks I want a clean fight with no personal attacks against people you dissagree with.

Wouldn't Batman be able to defeat them all with the Ultimate Nullifier he already had in the Bat Cave just incase this ever happened?

Pretty sure that Batman's preparedness doesn't cross universes.

However I'm also sure that the JLA could get into Galactus' ship and retrieve the Ultimate Nullifier, which would ultimately end in a win for them.

If they tried to face the heralds and Galactus head-on, they'd lose bad. Especially the lesser-powered toon versions of most of the JLU.

If JLU has Amazo, after he returned from his space travels, and still has the power to absorb powers, then JLU wins.

Other than that, Green Arrow either talks to them with his lefty speak, or else fakes his own death, then Galactus and company just walk away

Wasn't Galactus said to be an equal to Eternity and even called the "most powerfull being in the (Marvel) universe" when he's at full power? My money is on Big G and his Heralds but then again, he's been beaten by lesser characters so JLA has a decent chance too.
