Hello Everybody,
I am new to this. However, I have been a collector of the toys and comics for years. I also put together a Storm Shadow costume that I have worn to a few conventions. I belong to The Cobra 3rd Night Watch, which is a California Cobra cosplay charity group and a garrison of Cobra's Finest. I look forward to meeting other fans. |

I'm new here. Been a long time collector and member of some of the other online Joe hang outs. Just looking for more information and talk to more collectors.

Hello fellas!
New to forum, and collecting Joes. Grew up playing the hell out of these guys and for reasons unknown, I have newfound passion to collect them. Im a teacher in MN and on the side I buy storage lockers and sell the contents within those lockers for money. Needless to say I found a box of Joes and it brought back great memories from my childhood. I have a two year old and one on the way so I've decided to start collecting Joes and when my son is older passing my collection on to him. It will be hard though, I'm married to an accountant. If you know anything about accountants, they can predict the future, so... wish me luck. So far I've collected 6 MOC 30th Anniversary Joes, the majority of which I found for $5 bucks at the Walmart near our home. But my passion resides in the vintage Joes. I went on a binge this weekend and bought 8 MLC Joes from 1982-86 on EBAY. My story in a snapshot, I hope to contribute the best I can to this forumn and learn from the pro collectors. Happy hunting! |
