Hi, I'm new to collecting G.I. Joes, I just started with the recent Renegades wave. They're the first Joes I've bought since I was a kid, and that was only a 12" Duke & Cobra Commander. I'm normally a Marvel collector, but the sculpts on these newer figures is amazing. I'm really excited about the G.I. Joe 2012, looks like a great year to get into Joe!

Hi guys
Another new member here. My name is Ray and I'm based in the UK. I'm more of a vintage Star Wars collector / restorer but I've recently started some more modern custom figures. As a kid I had some Action Force / GI Joes inc Snake Eyes, Flash, Grunt and SAS / Z Force figures. I've bought a few recent Joes to make some Colonial Marines from Aliens! All the best, Ray |

^Those Colonial Marines are freakin amazing Z Force! I'm assuming there's a thread with more pics in the customs section so I'll have to check those out.
I'm a longtime collector who got back into Joes recently with the POC line after seeing zerogouki's awesome photos on other sites, now they're my favorite thing to collect. |

ive been a joe fan since i was 7 or 8 yrs old...when my mom got me a 12" gi joe figure from the 60's that was still in a beat up box from a 5 & 10 store in my town...but once i saw the cartoon commercial for marvels gi joe # 1 and the toys it spawned ive been hooked i got out of colllecting joes for a little while so i missed out out on most of the resolute ROC and POC lines,,,but i dig the new stuff thats been shown for renagades and 30th ann |

Howdy! Since I am the new kid on the block, I'd like to introduce myself. I live in the Great White North (Canada), and have been an avid collector for some time.
I originally collected Joes as a kid between 1983-1990, before selling 90% of my Joes off when I was 13 for cash. I know, big mistake. I slowly began collecting again in 2003, but didn't get serious until 2007. The last couple of years have been pretty interesting as a fan and collector. I just recently discovered this site, and found yet another dimension of fun as a Joe fan/collector.
