Well, with Iceberg being from the deep South, Brownsville, Texas, I can see him wanting to bundle up. But Outback, being from a colder climate, Wyoming, can handle cooler weather much more compared to Iceberg. So Outback is dressed just fine.

Welcome.
I never owned a Sega but I had a friend who's sister would monopolies their TV watching cartoons on Saturday's so he would bring it over and we'd play on my little black and white TV. I thought the build in snail maze was the coolest thing ever! |

I never really liked this guy growing up. Probably cause he was too generic and "just a vehcile driver" with no weapons.
Looking back at him now, especially considering when he came out, he's got a nice and intimidating red/black color scheme, and he makes a decent army builder I think! I suited him up as televiper, eel... here he was helping Scrap-Iron with unpacking and going over the lastest MARS delivery, when of course the Joes gotta break up the fun!
