Occasionally Ill have a night or two where I Have trouble sleeping..
I heard this trick dunno if it will work, but they say that if you stay up for at least 24hrs straight and go to sleep the next night, it is supposed to reset your internal clock.

Every once in a while I go through a thing where I don't sleep a wink for 4 or 5 days and can't figure out why. I won't feel tired or anything and eventually I'll fall asleep for like an hour one night, then a couple hours the next... and then it's all back to normal. Maybe what you're going through is similar.

I've had a ton of insomnia lately, it might be because I have a cig before bed. But if I want to sleep, I drink wine or read. That always puts me back to sleep.

It's so weird you bring this up because I have an issue with sleeping as of late. Thing is, it's not that I can't fall asleep, it's just that I don't want to. I just feel like staying up for a really long time and getting as little sleep as I can. I feel like there is so much to do during the day and so little time so I want to stay up longer.
