Agreed with the rest that said it's on you if you didn't ask before hand in an e-mail. Combined shipping isn't a requirement on Ebay, and I even go as far to ask them just what their definition of combined shipping is such as a percentage off of additional items or a flat charge. I don't like surprises!
I get a little irritated when people assume things on Ebay because they happen that way typically. If someone doesn't get the rules of the particular auction in advance and still bids, well they need to be the "man" and fulfill their end of the deal. People shouldn't get to (although they do it all the time on Ebay) bid, and even worse win, and then find out all the details and decide if they want to go through with it. That's not how life works and that's not being very upstanding. All the above said, just because this guys in the right (again that's if you didn't e-mail him ahead of time) he doesn't have to be a douche about it. So I almost want you to stick him for that...haha. It might sting the pocket book a little but you will know you did the right thing.

I will say this. I didn't do my shipping homework and I over-payed extra for shipping but it was my fault. Now a days I always have super extra shipping for people in the states however if is for Canada I charge a little extra. Still I want my customers to be happy and I always pay for confirmation and insurance by my own.
In the mention case that seller refuses to combine shipping then he's malpracticing selling and customer service. One there is a high chance this guy is going to ship everything in one box whether you pay the $60 dollars. Second you are not obligated to over pay for nothing. Things like this is what bothers me about Ebay. |

For $60, each one of those figures had better come bubblewrapped in their own separate box/envelope with their own postage. I guarantee that d-bag stuffs all of them in one box to max his profits.

Check this out, this is the email he just sent:
I fully intend to ship in one box. However the point remains that I did not make the shipping price negotiable. I expect to be paid the winning bids plus my required shipping. If you do not intent to pay as you bid, you are in the wrong. I made no secret that I required an additional shipping charge beyond the winning bid price. In any business you make your profit where you can. In this case, I got lucky that one buyer purchased all of my items. I am fortunate that I will save on shipping fees. This time the bear ate you. If you do not want to pay for the all the winning bids and shipping fees as listed in the item's description, you are in the wrong. I will not allow you to pick and choose which items you would now like to pay for after you have promised to pay for them all. Are you going to pay for all the items and fees? Or are you going to walk away from your obligations? What is your choice? Wait a minute! Wait a minute! It's okay! So you say it's my fault for not asking before bidding? Okay, fair enough! His auction, his rules right? That's fine! He wants me to pay $10 shipping for each of the 6 separate auctions? No problem! He wants to be a douchebag & play that card? Okay, then I play this card: I want every item shipped separately. Oh what's that? Didn't see that one coming did you fucker? Oh man! Would you look at that? I can be a douche too! He listed the shipping price but there's no mention on how they are to be shipped. He fully intends to ship them all in one box??? Oh now isn't that convenient. Everything is just going to be to his advantage & I get stuck here bent over with a sore ass? But now the buyer requests that all items ship separately. What happens now? Will he honor that request? Is he obligated to ship as requested by the buyer? If he still ships in one box is he in the wrong? This is gonna no nowhere. Stalemate. If you wanna be cool I'll be cool. If you wanna be a douchebag I can be a bigger douchebag. Ooh! Here's another one! How bout I pay for 1 auction separately & don't pay for another until the 1st one arrives? Then pay for the 2nd & don't pay for the 3rd until the 2nd arrives & so on? Huh? Fucker? You like that one? Didn't think of that did you? You want me to pay shipping for each item separately? Then you ship separately. If I had millions to burn, one of the first things I'd do is screw with sellers like that. I won these 20 GI Joes, and I will pay your ridiculous $1000 shipping fees, but I want it all to go towards the shipping, all shipped individually, with DC and registered mail and insurance and signature confirmation and express shipping. And I want them all shipped internationally to different countries so you have to fill out all the annoying forms for each one. And I want receipts or I report to ebay and have them shut you down. I would say read his auction policy. If he says no combid shipping than there is not much u can do. Now if he ships them all together and not seperate u might have a case through paypal.
