Just curious what all you other tankers think about this? I'm not terribly optimistic about this season for the Jets, so it brings up an interesting question. Since they have scheduled all these games for the 2009 NFL season, the 2009 NFL season may very well be the only NFL games they show and talk about for the near future. If so, then what we have seen and heard about the 2007 NFL season is all we have. Will it mean the end of days for those who are interested in continuing to relive the awesome 2007 NFL season, with the greatest offense in history and the greatest Super Bowl upset of all time. why doesn't the NFL continue to air these games and analyze them, that season was great. Once they stop discussing it, there will be nothing to look forward to.

This year's all about how the new guys develop along with Sanchez. Still, we'll be lucky to win 4 or 5 games. :(

yes I am.
actually, I am quite optimistic this season. I'm glad Sanchez is getting the start from the get go, he's better than Clemens, we have a very good o-line that should keep him on his feet, the run game should be good again, especially if they can get Leon more touches, and by mid-season our D should be one of the top D's in the league. that being said, why is the NFL forgetting all about the 2007 season when so many people enjoyed it? |

I am a big JETS fan have been since I was 4yrd old (now 32) and I was told by a PATS fan that he does fantasy football and the Jets defense is in the top 5 along with the Steeler's #1 and Redskins forgot the oters?? That is what he was sayin.. He wasn't being an A** either.. The Jets problem will be the Offense no doubt but I think they can go 8-8 this year or at least 6-10. Sanches is still a rookie so can't expect him to go win a Superbowl in time though I think he'll be a great QB.. Did I mention I hate the PATS!!! I live in New England so I take a lot of abuse but I don't care.. |

GS, you're such a douche. Unfortunately, although the thread is completely made in jest (I know), people may be offended as it's playfully mocking another thread. If that is the case, I'll have to shut it down. Just an FYI. |
