Get you rminds out of the gutter ;)
The Steak Dinner thread got me curious on this topic. Do you prefer your meat (steak in particular) with or without the bone? I'm a bone fan, I feel like it adds to the flavor of the meat as it cooks. Also, there's just something primitive about taking that bone in your hands after you've cut all you can and just ripping into what's left of the meat with your teeth. So what about the rest of you? Bone or no bone? |

Bone!
We occasionally have a "caveman" dinner, where everything can be eaten by hand. Bone in meat, corn on the cob, etc.

I swing both ways. I do think meat cooked with the bones is more flavorful.
There's a Jamaican restaurant down the street from my office and I enjoy their food immensely but their curry, stews, etc. are bones in...not big bones, but little bones and you have to pick them out as you eat. I'm not terribly fond of that though I imagine it's the traditional way to cook those dishes. I've encountered that at Indian restaurants as well.
