Being able to move doesn't mean anything. Cunningham was accurate. Vick is not. Vick's only "talent" was the ability to move but that didn't really serve him to well.

Well just like other players and teams. You can only do so much. A QB shouldnt have to run the ball. Most people stop that in LIL league and RC wasnt all that accurate. But i see what your saying. But now we will see what he can do cuz he has better receivers in PHIL,Than he did in Atlanta.Cuz Mcnabb is done,They say Vick isnt his replacement but he is,It might not even be this season but he will.LOL

McNabb will make Vick his replacement. McNabb doesn't do good with pressure (on the field and on the bench). Having Vick there will push him to perform badly and the first time he stinks it up the fans will scream for Vick and McNabb will get worse.

Very True!!!!! But you never know it might help Mcnabb do better under pressure.I like them both but i just foresee Vick being the starting QB soon.

It may bequeath you to read my first post on this subject way back on page six. I would also like to assure that the history of the domestication of wolves into modern dogs is not absurd. However, if you are able to post proof that God took a femur bone from Adam and made the first Golden Retriever with it, I would be happy to take a look at it.

be careful joseph. this could be taken as you thinking that dogs are animals not humans and make you look like a barbarian.
sorry sonofdestro i couldnt resist a rib. but joesph brings a good point. why are people not so mad over lets say pharmasutical companies who test life saving drugs on animals before humans. or ranchers who kill animals to eat. or people who kill foxes and such to make furs to wear. thoes animals dont get to choose there destiny but who cares because there not pets? thats right peta cares. god i could go into a big ol rant about them. know what i will just make this point. someone, anyone post one thing peta has done in the last 30 years that has benifited man. anyone? i didnt think so. but anyhow its apparent sonofdestro loves his dogs. there is nothing wrong with that and he should be respected for his oppinion. and i think dogs are animals and not equals and are property (like a tool) for there owner to do with as they wish (i could go into another barrage about how i think its wrong for there to be laws saying how a man is alowed to treat his property but another thread for another time). I dont personaly like dog fighting as stated but also as stated i dont condem a man for choosing to do that with his property. if im wrong then im wrong, i know im not the only one that feels like that in this country. back to topic i think vick should be alowed a second chance. if he screws up then he shouldnt get a 3rd. i hope everyone can agree to that point at least?

I'm not sure what has happened to Vick is justice, but I do know that everyone has to move on. Is it fair to the animals who suffered and died because of Vick's actions? No. At the same time, is it a fitting punishment for a mans life and legacy to be destroyed because of something he has done that he cannot take back even if he wishes he could? I don't know Michael Vick, so I don't know if he is sorry for what he did or not. I do know he has a responsability to make the most of his God given abilities and not to take a second chance lightly. The ball is now in his hands, but the stakes are higher than any football game he will ever play in. He can be remembered as a guy who screwed up, got a second chance, and became a true hero in the eyes of many, or he can be remembered as a dog killing SOB. It's up to him and the public how it will go down. I do not envy him.

The media is going to make the situation even worse then it is.
CNNSI has a photo page and news article dedicated to Vick showing up at practice. How is that supposed to make McNabb feel about Vick not being there to take his place? For a back-up, he's getting a ton of attention. Normally that much attention on the second-string QB means there's a QB battle going on....
