I was wondering if anyone has made more posts on another website than they have here on Hisstank.

This is my 1000th post here and it is the most by far compared to any other website I have ever posted on.

Here is a quick rundown of my posting history...

As you can see I am very loyal to our site here by having made at least 900 more posts than on any other site. I haven't even posted on some of those other sites in years.

I never thought that I would ever get into posting on forums on any site, but after making 1000 posts here I'm amazed that I have. There is just something about this site that the others just can't compete with. For instance I have been a fan of the YoJoe website since it began, but I only made 3 posts ever. Go figure.

This just goes to show you what kind of community we have here, and the fact that the 25th Anniversary line really got a lot of us back into G.I. Joe. By the numbers I'm sure that most people joined up here to keep up with all of the news and info concerning the 25th line, but once we joined we were able to communicate with fellow fans and make some trades as well. I wish Hasbro realized that the 25th line brought the fans back, not this horrible excuse for a movie that they haphazzardly slapped the Joe name on. I really hope the movie doesn't ruin it for all of us.

In any case I just want to thank everyone here for making this an enjoyable experience for me throughout my time here as a member and as a lurker before I finally joined up. Thanks to all the mods for keeping everything up and running as well as for keeping everyone in line. Thanks to all of the friends I have made here, on and off the site.

I can't wait for my next 1000 posts!

I'm also DPrime on Yojoe, the TNI forums, Joe Sightings, Joe Canuck, and the Sideshow Freaks forum. There's a few others that I've joined but haven't posted as much on... I think I jointed the Joe Customs one but I don't go on there much.

Nowadays, I've been much more active here, but I stay active on the others, especially Yojoe, here and there. I think I racked up 15,000 posts or something on TNI, since at various times I also collected SW stuff, Transformers, etc, and that was (and is) a good all around forum if you're just into toy collecting in general. I think I've been around a little while too, way back before the community seemed to explode when the 25th line came out (though nowhere near as long as some of the older collectors). Now that it's pretty much just GI Joe that I collect, I've found myself posting here a lot more often, since it seems to be the most active forum.

I was co-founder of the DC2 DC2: New Adventures of the DC Heroes! - Home, writing Green Lantern (Tales of the Green Lantern Corps & Green Lantern) as well as Legion of Super-Heroes and a few other titles. But quit when I went back to school...

... then I discovered this place where the people share my love of all things GI Joe... Been addicted ever since... and it's a place that I can just post and not have to be creative. I like it here!

This is pretty much it. I was active on Fwoosh for a while when the SOTA Street Fighter line was alive and I occasionally collected DCSH and Marvel Legends, but that's pretty much died out.

I post on Rebelscum.com sometimes when I'm looking for a specific item (whenever that SW bug bites), and I'll post occasionally on yojoe.com or a few other joe boards when I'm looking for something specific or trying to sell something specific, bit the 'Tank.... the 'Tank is home!
