Those BCAA are expensive. I feel the same way about caffeine pre workouts. When I was younger I loved the old ECA stacks. Now that I am older I can't do any stims pre workout. If you are going to spend the money on supps go with Protein powders Creatine Beta Alanine Citulline malate 2:1 ratio For overall health Multi vitamin Fish oil

I do my fish oils and multivitamins for sure. I've gotten away from the protein powders because as I'm tracking my food intake my protein level daily ranges from 185 to 215 grams. I'm currently at 175 lbs and your protein intake should be about 1 gram per 1 pound of body weight. So I've been getting all the protein and then some from all the eggs, ground turkey meat, chicken, and salmon I eat every day. I'm thinking of starting the creatine. I'll definitely look into those other supplements you listed.
