Non-light beer as the norm. Excellent cheese, sausage, beer and general food selections (I was really pleased with the variety of restaurants in Germany, Netherlands, France and Belgium). A very good public transportation system. Pretty decent weather for the most part. Locals who treat visitors well (minus France). I could go on...

Not to mention if you're not insured you'll be paying for the injury the rest of your life.

Interesting question, lol. I would assume the CGs would take care of this for the rest of the organization as some of them are Doctors if I remember correctly. Or was it lawyers and CPAs?

i would really like to get into this discussion but seeing as we are not allowed to discuss political discussion on the tank i will just say that healthcare in the United States is in my personal opinion the #1 issue that needs to be dealt with pronto.

my whole idea (follow me here) is why not do a universal healthcare and have the option to do a supplument. i dont wanna pay 750 dollars for health and dental. but if it was free and i could pay lets say 150 extra a month to up the quality then hey why not.
problem is we have great doctors in this country. but the health insurances limit what they do. take that away, give the option to upgrade for a minimal fee then its all gravy. like the universal would be a hmo and you can pay to upgrade to a ppo. thats my thought anyways.

The US is taxed out. raising more taxes is not going to cut it here. There's already enough Gov't control than we need. Might as well go total socialism then. BTW, this is a rational response and not in anyway an argumentative one. |

I also think someone should put down actual numbers on which is better to prove to the people which is in fact better.
if the NHC is indeed the best for us, then by all means, prove it so we can get it together. However, it looks like Obama is already getting it on the track, so no need to worry about voting for it. |
