So yeah, the thread title says it all, back in the day, (and that was a Tuesday btw) which "villian" did you take less seriously. Cartoon wise they were both pretty ridiculous.

Loved both He-Man and GI Joe, but a hooded Skeletal head is far more ridiculous than a hooded terrorist.

CC hands down is superior to Skelator...even as he mutated into a less than human snake-slug!

Love them both to death. Wonderful villains! (....we all know this) but
Skeletor is frigging ridiculous. He has no lips or tongue, but can speak -how can that be?!?! ...magic, that's how. And that is how he could whoop CCs tiny butt. Last edited by butter_the_pure; 12-19-2008 at 06:01 AM.. |

Is this even really a question?
Cobra Commander was a human terrorist who happened to wear a mask and lead a world wide terrorist organization. He was a ruthless, power monger bent on world domination. He had a thing for costumes. In the comic book, he was pretty scary. Skeletor was a talking, walking skeleton who lived in a fairytale, alternate universe with mideval weapons and talking animals. I'm going with Skeletor as the more ridiculous of the two. Any objections may need a reality check.

But GI Joe was number 1 for me and my brother we had way more Joes then Heman figs. |

I know, right? He-man was great. It was fun and exciting, but it was no G.I. Joe. And when it came to realism, Joe had it beat hands down. There was no super powers in G.I. Joe. There was no magic or talking animals in G.I. Joe. Good guys wore their shirts in G.I. Joe. The only guys who might have fit in in Eternia were Dr. Mindbender and Serpentor. Cobra Comander would have shot Skeletor and Prince Adam. He knew all the Joes' real names; he would have known He-Man was really Prince Adam.
