Weapon of choice, Bushmaster AR-15A2, which for those uninformed, is M16A2.
Sidearm, Colt M1991A1 45 pistol, or Ruger P89DC in 9mm. Backup weapon, Ruger Mini 14(shoots the same round as AR15). And if things really get bad and Zach get too close, I've got the Mossberg 500 12 gauge. And last but not least, I've got a 4 ft crowbar. I legally own every one of those weapons plus some, and I have close to a 1000 5.56mm rounds and about 500 45 and 9mm rounds. It was bought for target shooting but, rest assured, I will not be a Zach snack. If I absolutely had to use guns, then I'd go with a russian-issue AK-74 on semi-auto with tac flashlight or bayonette (as situation demands). It fires the same commonly found round as the M-16, and is about 20x more reliable (something to consider when your fighting for your life). Backup weapon would be a Hornet, an 8-shot revolver (easier to maintain) that uses a .22 rifle round. (common, light, accurate round and at close range a head-shot is an instant kill). For defense I'd go with a shark suit, which is basically extra-light chain mail designed for the specific purpose of protecting you from bites, and let's face it, if it stops a great white, chances are pretty good it could save you against a zombie. |

Hmm intersting I never knew shark suit would stop a great white, baby shark maybe?? I don't see how that can be possible though they can press with thier jaws upwards of 1.8 tons (african lions can do 1,200 or so) crushing power and it would not matter what you had on as that would at a minimum crush every bone in your arm not to mention body.
But against a zombie bite its a hella good idea as long as your not in extreme temp environments! It will get awfully hot and when you run out of water your zombie food! |

i was thinking the same thing. plus extra light chainmail underwater is probably still pretty heaving when it comes to outrunning a few zombies on dry land...

The key to surviving a zombie uprising is to surround yourself with slow moving fat people. The zombies will be focused on the tubby buffet while you make your escape.
