Actually there are justifiable reasons, I don't personally engage in this type of behavior or agree with it, but if I get an asshole for a customer, they're going to get shitty service and they can shove their alleged tip up their ass!

so, you are saying after more than a century of tipping for service in this country, it is unreasonable that the practice is expected? that is just intellectually dishonest. not to mention the fact that if the majority of the population understands that, expects it and adheres to it, that would make the person that disputes it the one who is mistaken, not a server who expects it. I'd be interested in the answer you'll come up with to account for that.

Not tipping just makes someone a tightwad and maybe a little bit of an A-hole. Now spitting in someones food, that makes you a disgusting, sickening and depraved A-hole. If you find your self so unhappy at your job that you feel you have to purposely screw up a fundamental part of it, like contaminating someones food, then you need to get into a new line of work. Besides waiting tables is work for big haired women named Flo. If they get mad at a customer they just tell them to "kiss my grits". Sorry If I offended any male servers by saying their job is for girls, but I'm in construction so I think office work is girlie too. You gotta admit a tool belt is a lot more manly than an apron.

Well I guess in California even the construction workers are a little fruity. If a dude in a skirt walked by one of my job sites one of the rednecks I work with would probably shoot at them with a nail gun.

I do it when I sneeze/cough excessively or burp, but farts go unspoken. Well, I don't say anything. My girlfriend usually yells at me severely, but if I do anything, I laugh or sarcastically deny it. |

Moral of this story?
People find any excuse they can to do something mean to another person. Person doesn't tip, thats bad on their part, nothing justifies you to be mean back.
