BBTS, is awesome.
Never dealt with EE
and have had some very pleasant transactions with HTS, all the hate towards them and I got some pretty rare stuff at the time in excellent condition, and at retail.

I've only used two E-tailers. I've used EE twice, and they made a mistake once. But their excellent customer service was very helpful and quick to correct it. I've ordered plenty of stuff through BBTS and have never had a problem. In fact, I have 23 items in my "Pile of Loot" at the moment, and by the time I press "Ship my Loot" on April 16th, just before I'm on vacation, I'll have 28 items valuing at $1,608.30. I'll save a lot of money on shipping, AND be at home we they knock on my door. I'm going to have an excellent week off.

I've used BBTS, EE, HTS, GoodStuffToGo, ToyWiz, and Outer Rim. Brian's and SmallJoes are just too pricey. Openedfigs, I want to try, but already have everything I want that they are selling. I am looking forward to trying them out though.
I'll rate the ones I've used:
1. (tie) BBTS and EE:
BBTS's pile of loot is great if you are getting a lot of stuff that will be releasing over a couple months' time. Their no hassle cancellation is great as well. They usually get stuff a couple weeks ahead of EE as well.
EE has good prices on shipping and are a little cheaper on the front end. They will allow you to cancel pre-orders, but you have to call in to do it. Their customer service is good about it though.
2. Outer Rim:
OR has good prices on loose and good shipping rates (which he'll combine for you, but you might have to remind him). Sometimes the selection is not the best, and he won't have the latest stuff before the big guys. And his stuff seems to be marked "on hold" a lot. But if you are looking for loose figs, he's great for that.
GSTG has new stuff before the other guys often. Shipping is reasonable and quick. Typical internet prices on most stuff, but not crazy expensive. Overall, not a bad option.
HTS is great if you have decent discount codes, not so much if you don't. Their customer service is pathetic and apparently they mess up often, although I guess I was fortunate. For being Hasbro's store, they don't get more stuff or get it faster than anybody else really. Their prices are not terrible, usually in the neighborhood of retail. I haven't used them since they've been charging tax though, since they haven't had decent coupon codes for about 4 months or so now.
Meh, they had some decent prices a while back. Now they might as well be Brian's or SmallJoes. As soon as I paid more with them, HTS got the same stuff in stock before they shipped. They raised their prices lately and I haven't touched them since.

I've only had good experiences with BBTS, but I don't have any complaints about EE either. Toyrocket came through for me on the elusive Temple of Doom wave of Indy figures. I have a Best of the 80s DVD set backordered with them so I've got my fingers crossed.

I ordered from both of BBTS and EE and liked both of them.

2 day shipping for maybe about $.60 more than bbts
And they just kick ass.......

BBTS has the Pile of Loot which saves money if you can wait. Of course sometimes I wait months and I've had damaged boxes because they were so big. But I open everything anyway. They are by far my favorite.
Entertainment earth is pretty good as well, because they get stuff early so if BBTS runs out of preorders then I go there. Even though the upfront prices tend to be a little cheaper at times the shipping makes up that difference between BBTS
Small Joes. It's been a while since I ordered from them. They're OK.
Brians Toys is just so much more expensive.
Guru_Planet is a little less than Brians and they are OK too, but I can't say enough about the pile of loot.
HTS hit or miss. Only worth it with a code.

BBTS ftw! EE is good but not up to par w/ BBTS IMO. avoid toy wiz and brians toys, they love to over charge.

I like BBTS and EE the best. Both similar, but as stated, the POL at BBTS is a nice option.
