i remember him from back in the day, his time he teamed with steiner and keibler was a lot of fun to watch.
im waiting to hear the cause but i wouldnt be surprised to hear from complications from roid use. even if you stop taking them the damage is already done. thats what happened to eddie. could have happened to test

I just dont get it. Its like these dudes pass on and its no big thing, show must go on. Really its enough. I'm in all honestly not that big of a wrestling fan, but I grew up with it and will occasionally tune in. I am involved and a fan of everything from football to mma to golf. This wouldnt be tolerated anywhere else and its not fair, and before you get pissed at me, I AM NOT in ANYWAY saying wrestlers or "sports entertainers" are less of athletes, competitors or showmen then NFL QB's and All Star pitchers.
These guys get pushed to the max, theyre bodies are almost a miracle of science, many are open about painkiller addiction because of it..and no I wont come down on steroid use, they are in EVERY SINGLE SPORT including gyms open for the public...sorry guys, good luck keeping juice away from sports. Not saying everyone does it, but everyone has access, period.
These guys give it there all, and no one seems appologetic. Its f'n retarded, theres loss in the wwe or wwf or whatever, they get a 10 min memorial, maybe something written in the script and its over.
ESPN magazine a month or so ago..I think it was Bill Simmons said how he loved the movie "The Wrestler" and grew up back when with all the old WWF and WCW/NWA greats. After looking more inside the world he thought the same thing: in order to save these guys we have to strike or boycott or something. These guys need a season. A fight schedule, the human body needs time to recoupe after what they do, not mention jet lag, appearances, family issues.
Either they make a schedule, a season, or brackets or something, or the fans stop selling out arenas, buying crap etc. Its not fair these guys have no union, RETARDED contracts, no time off, and not much to fall back on..say like a hall of fame mainstream athelete. Test ever get on a box of Wheaties? Endorse a protein shake? Or anything else beside getting thrown through tables without a pension?
All the credit in the world to these guys, again I cant do much I'm not even a "fan" to begin with. But hardcore fans, ppl buying the stuff and sitting by while their idols and inspirations deteriorate and die, or snap...write a letter or something. Its not right and its not fair.

Sad to hear. Too bad for his family.
He was really jacked up, didn't look natrual at all.
Cobra has won. The Battle is over. Or is it?

I remember Test back when he was supposed to be engaged to Stephaine McMahon. They were to get married, but she was already married to Triple H. They could have done so much more with that angle. He just kind of drifted after that.

This is sad...Even worse, because he's not an Eddie Guerrero, or Owen Hart, and especially since he wasn't signed to WWE at the time, yep. He'll barely get a mention.
I really hope it isn't complications from steroid use, but something tells me it probably is.
The price of fame...all that pressure to get big and jacked up, to stand out and get a push...it's a shame.
PitViper, not too long ago, Lance Storm (on his blog) addressed wrestlers having a season, and it was an AWESOME idea, all his points were right on, but the deciding factor that he stated why it would never happen was money. If WWE had a season, they would run the risk of fans flocking to a competitor (TNA), and Vince McMahon would NEVER let that fly.

Here is a link to a pair of columns I wrote shortly after the death of Chris Benoit in the summer of 2007. It is ridiculous that nothing is done about the steroids in professional wrestling but congress spends all its time worrying about MLB.

Wasn't the best wrestler but still sad. His initial run was ok and when they brought him back to the new ECW I thought he fit pretty well, but he was roided up beyond belief. WWE eventually fired him for violating the substance policies.
Then he "signed" with TNA but they decided after one match that he might not be a good person to have on the roster with all the government investigations. So one match and he was out.
But hey, he did have two notable real life conquests in Stacy Kiebler and Kelly Kelly. And I still think he may have fooled around with Stephanie McMahon before she went with and married Triple H in real life.
Apparently he was in rehab last year and was recovering and had invested his money well. So he still had good things ahead. It's sad how the wrestling business causes so many lives to end young.

It's like a meat grind. It just pulls young guys in, chews them to pieces and spits them out. Nearly all retired wrestlers have serious physical problems, and a lot are nearly srippled. I saw a program a few years ago on Terry Funk. It takes him like four hours just to get his legs working in the mornings they are so beat up and he has constant pain. The physical toll these guys take is just sick. I enjoy watching it from now and again and this stuff is not "fake". Scripted and a lot of stnut work yes. Anyone remember the Hell in a Cell between Mankind and the Undertaker at Wrestlemania about ten years ago. That was brutal. That type of stuff hurts. No way that can be faked.
