Anyone ever heard of this or tried it? I was thinking of buying it after my Gym Membership is done...

I've heard of it and it looks awesome, but there are to many different things to do, I'm used to just lifting and doing some light cardio. I don't know if I want to do aerobics and pilates plus all the other different things they show it just seems like you would get burnt out with that workout real quick.

i have the thing that sticks up in your door jamb to do chin ups...it works well for upper body/abs

A couple guys I work with are doin it. I can tell ya if u do any workout for an hour a day 6 days a week and eat right your goin to get in good shape, but not many ppl have the time to do that. I have done the plyometrics work out and it is killer my legs were sore for a week no joke. But i dont do the whole 12 dvd 6 days a week 1hr a day. I actually got a life ya know, like playin on gi joe msg boards.

its closer to 1.5 hours a day. I did it for about 2 weeks, but just got way too busy with grad school to continue. I'm still eating right and such, so my weight is under control.
Also, there are places online where you can 'liberate' a copy for free... and that's all I'll say, lol. |

man everytime i watch this commercial i almost get dragged in...i like having someone tell me what to do...i need motivators ya know?...but then i think, i know what i'm doing and talk myself out of it...however, if your are just getting into working out, this looks like it would be really good for you...
