I know there are a lot of collectors in the Cincinnati area, finding figures retail around here can be a real pain.
*WARNING for Topside Stay away from the river in Cleveland. It is so polluted it actually caught on fire one time. I'm not kidding it burned for a couple of days. there were so many combustible chemicals dumped into that the water became flammable, cool huh. |

It's Ohio... What else is there to do there???*
*Disclaimer: I have family in Ohio so I visit there at least once or twice a year and have gone there every year for my whole life. The Ohio Turnpike is monotony epitomized and is only surpassed by the PA turnpike for shear mind-numming-ness, except that OH at least repaves once a decade, and in OH you are slightly less likely to be killed by a runaway truck or hitting an oversized deer in the highway. No, I actually love Ohio and enjoy visiting up there, it's the long drive up that kills me. All this is completely in jest, so send your hate PM's to C.I.A.D., I hear he's from Michigan |

I think I've found my answer. Was just out for a visit last weekend and it dawned on me just how many Targets there are in the Cleveland area. One in every town it seems like.
Gonna chalk this up to "go with what you know" theory- if Joes are what you know (what's available to you) then that's what you buy/sell/trade. My girl's parents live in North Olmsted, OH and there is a Target, a WalMart & a TRU within 5 minutes of their house. They all seem pretty well stocked (except WalMart). Here in Delaware there is only 1 Target in the whole state! And they never get anything. 2 WalMarts within reasonable driving distance- again no stock. & a TRU- but once again, no stock. |
