Wormholes, should they exist would be EXTREMELY Deadly to travel through for organic things due to Gravity and Radiation. Any fuels would need to be again INFINITE To achieve even light speed, due to the side effect of infinite mass when reaching those relativistic speeds.
yeah the human body would never beable to take the velocity. we would have to move at the speed of the earth turning so it seems we arent moving at all. i highly doubt we would beable to witness this. we might beable to make a machine to take the speed, but anything organic wouldnt beable to take it. the damage to our inner organs would be enough to ruin us. whats that shit called g force? we can barely handle that. it would be alot of fuel to push somethin that fast , an for it not to melt so it would have to be thick an heavy so that means more fuel. i dont see light speed happening. maby one day some ya hoo will figure it out. i actually cant say it's impossible, cus everything before 1900 was impossible an here in a 100 years we made the impossible manageable! i'm here talkin to dudes accross the united states in light speed, when 100 years ago they had pony express to relay messages an took days an what not. but personally i think you would have to move so damn fast that you dont even feel it what so ever! |

[QUOTE=bigdaddyblue73;594361]The Problem is that Gravity would spaghettify any Matter into it's constituent particles, and the Radiation would scramble the Data Code Unreadable...what comes out the other side is Heat and X-Rays...Unfortunately.

[QUOTE=Unclassified;594373]Man I saw that show that chick was just happy to see pulsing lights not really eyesite she would get all excited at looking at the seashore and she would get a greenish pulsing light and get all excited but she can then look at some dried up bird turd on the docks and get the same greenish pulsing light and get all excited again....so they still have a ways to go.Oh and I saw that episode with the Jersey Devil and the animal expert analyzed it to be a partially skinned decomposing Pit Bull based on the jawlines and body structure

[QUOTE=cliff secord;594377]Wonder if their would be anyway around that. Oh course that implies discovering artificial gravity too. You might be able to shield the thing somehow against the radiation though.

Hey just cause we have different points of view, neither of us is a bad guy. He makes some good points and I agree that a lot of the stuff people thinks we will do one day is very very very unlikely. (Teleportation, for one. I do not think anyone will ever be getting beamed anywhere.) My comment was just said in jest. Now if he were Stephen Hawking, I would admit my stupidity and bow to his wisdom. Uhh...that;s not you is it Stephen?
