Hey Joe fans, I am shopping for a late model 4x4 pickup ( Some piece of garbage pulled out in front of me in my pickup last month and they totaled it) .I am looking for an late model (2004-2007) extended cab 4x4, my question is. Ford F150, Dodge Ram, or Chevy Silverado
Please post only fact based ( I would love to hear from anyone who had major problems!) I loved my Nissan and I love Toyota but I am tired of Japanese repair and part costs, I need to get something American. Any one have 2004-2007 Ford, Chevy, oe Dodge pickups, please give some feedback, and please no fighting, I really want to have some tankers information to help me get a truck this weekend. I need a nice pickup to put all my new joes in! |

Those damn chevys really do hold their value, I can get almost twice the ford or dodge for 16,000 as with the silverado!

Very true. Of course these days you should be able to get just about brand of fully loaded truck for practically nothing. Oh and as gas prices go back up in the near future, the residual value on all trucks is going to drop like a rock so I would not be approaching my decision with residual value as a deciding factor.
