For the most part it's pretty good. I've read the 1st six, seven, how ever many volumes there have been. Some are better than others.

I do recommend it. It is long, close to 800 pgs and there are parts were the story slows, but I really enjoyed it. I read something on the order of 3 to 6 books a month and that was the best written thing I have read in a while.

The last two really good books I've read (two at a time as well): The Last Season - Eric Blehm - True story of a backcountry ranger who disappears in California's Sierra Nevada Mountains without a trace, many suspected suicide or foul play. Simply Christian - N.T. Wright - interesting points |

Hey guys, another recommendation for you: The alternative history novels written by Harry Turtledove, the oneset between WWI and WWII, The Victorius Oposition, The Center Cannot Hold, are phenominal.

Cormac McCarthy's The Road. Great novel. Loved it! Now I'm reading the Border Trilogy.

I didn't mind how Chewie went out; it was pretty great in and of itself. The fact that later on, Anakin (not the original Anakin, Han and Leia's son Anakin, for those who haven't read the books) died...or something. At any rate, it sort of made Chewie's sacrifice pointless.
