Me too bro! The 3 Zahn novels are what got me back into Star Wars! Outbound Flight is real good, for a prequel book. I'm still working on The Legacy of Force series, it's hit and miss depending on the author but all in all enjoyable cannon.

Here is what I last read Is Belief in God Good, Bad or Irrelevant?: A Professor And a Punk Rocker Discuss Science, Religion, Naturalism & Christianity It's a collection of Emails between Preston Jones, a Professor at John Brown (Christian) University and Greg Graffin, Lead Singer of Bad Religion who has a Masters in Geology and a Ph.D in Zoology and is a Professor at UCLA.

You can usually tell who actually reads on The Tank by the literacy displayed, or lack thereof, in their posts.
I teach reading and writing, so I don't do much novel reading outside my job. |

There have been quite a few great sounding recommendations so far, I'll be checking some of them out for sure. The last book I read was World War Z about a year ago. I don't read nearly as many books as I used to and that's a shame. This thread makes me realize I really need to cut back on my internet time.

I read all of the ones that are before the series that they Killed Chewie in. That turned me right off.

Yea, I was pretty upset about that as well. Every book after though mentions it. It's not like they just killed him and treated him like he was never part of universe. I dig the way the writer's deal with it and aren't afraid to shy away from something as controversial in fandom as killing Chewie.
