I love michigan in winter

This is what I woke up to.My car is the one in the background of the first pic.

And I still made it to the camera store to pick this thing I had pre ordered for my occassional better half

Hey at least you got out. I live in Northeast PA and we had several inches of ice. I tried going to work today and got hung up so I'm waiting to get towed out of my mess. At least it happened in the driveway so I can go in my house and stay warm.

And don't forget the bone chilling cold temps too. Right now though, the crappy weather is the least thing to worry about in Michigan. What's worse than the weather you ask? The Economy.

Sounds close to where I lived at one point. I lived in the townhouses at South Blvd. and Dequindre at one time (I forget the "community name" at the moment). Right on the border of Troy, Sterling Hgts, Utica and Rochester.

My parents live in Troy, so I'm familiar with the area.

So you guys aren't too far away from where I am.

what other cities are by Southgate?...i always confuse it with Southfield
