Dare-Stan Bush......I know people love "The Touch" more, but someone's gotta give it some love
Orion-Metallica......Instrumental genius....if you had the pleasure of listening to this when it was released, you miss Cliff Burton Rain When I Die.....Alice in Chains......Because I drove cross country to see where Layne Stanley killed himself Anyone in their 30's knows what I am talking about here |

Mike Watt is AWESOME! He lives in San Pedro about a few blocks from me and I've seen him play bars and coffee houses and the guy is just unbelievably talented IMO

I guess an easy way to know is if you can listen to a song for an hour straight without ever getting tired of it. Here are 3 I know I can do that with.
"Enjoy the Silence" by Depeche Mode "West End Girls" by Pet Shop Boys "Ordinary World" by Duran Duran While not your typical music for a typical Joe fan, I really like a lot of types of music, but I can never get tired of those 3 songs. There are a lot more, but these were the first 3 I could think of off the top of my head. I think these three have a lot of sentimental value, too. I remember listening to Please (album name) by the Pet Shop Boys in my Mom's car when I got Zarana, Zandar, BA Cobra Commander and Big Boa at KB's in the Spring of '87. Good times!

The Boxer-Simon and Garfunkel, my parents were huge S&G fans and after hearing them so much it just kinda stuck
Black- Pearl Jam, I can still remember the first time I heard the 10 album, one of the stoner kids from school talked the bus driver into playing it on the way to school, almost lost it during Jeremy Motorcycle Drive By- 3rd Eye Blind, always makes me sad |
