the sad thing is everyone blames the post office, when the truth is the only people that even touch the packages,in the 3 days or whatever, is the window clerk, that takes your mail piece...and the carrier that delivers it...the rest is done by machines.... im not going to say, there has NEVER been a theft in the postal service...but chances are, your air pack envelope, was blown open, when some 25-65lb package landed on top of it....
but i may be biast......proud postal employee |

I had a package earlier this year for a BBI little bird from hong kong, it went through customs and it was obviously opened, wroughly handled and resealed sloppily. Lucky it was only box that was damaged, and the actual product was ok. Thank goodness some of my more fragile products have come in intact (my Max Factory Mai Shiranui for one and some of my romance of 3 kingdoms statues).

If you ship loose figures in those bubble mailers then i can see them getting ripped in transit. But if you put them in a bubble mailer and a then a box theres less chance of them getting messed up.
I've mailed tons of things without problems. I mail Artwork mainly and i've come up with many ways of packaging safely. |

I had a situation where i was expecting an Artic Scrap Iron head in trade for a CP head, the envelope came in yesterday with a chewed up look to it when I opened it the paper it was wrapped in was wrinked and the plastic baggy where the head was supposed to be was gone. I was like DAMN mailman got hungry.
