OK..
I swear if I could get the GI JOE cases elsewhere then HTS I would NEVER shop there.. I swear these outsourced PoS companies that get hired should be better researched.. or be checked extremely regularly by hasbro and mattel so that they can keep these bastards in check.. Here we go.. WHY I HATE HTS.. 1.) Half the sh!t they are selling is all preorder.. 2.) The other half the sh!t they say they ship in one business day really isnt in stock and wont ship for a week.. MAYBE.. 3.) They are stupid.. they are paying ups/fedex/usps to ship me a stupid magnet before my product so that they can try to keep me content - while holding on to my money while I sit in feet of snow waiting for my products that "SHIP IN 1 BUSINESS DAY" to ship in a week or so.. I ordered 18 cases of GI JOE Protective cases.. it was in 3 seperate orders.. (not important).. before ordering.. I confirm they are in stock (at least the best I could by looking at the website that says THEY SHIP IN 1 BUSINESS DAY).. I place my orders - I get confirmation that they will ship in 1 business day.. MY CREDIT CARD BECOMES CHARGED.. my money taken.. I check my order in 2 days to see if I can get a tracking number.. and wha... WHAT THE F*CK.. product should ship on 12/10/08.. NOW WAIT A MINUTE.. I placed the order 12/2/08.. it was supposed to ship in 1 business day.. 12/3/08 respectively.. now we are talking 12/10/08 - 8 days later.. 6 actual business days later.. I mean.. C'MON.. if you dont have the damn product DONT ADVERTISE THAT YOU DO AND THAT IT SHIPS IN 1 DAY.. YOU DONT HAVE IT.. the first chance to get these cases elsewhere.. Im about it.. Agreed. HTS BLOWS! I ordered a Wraith back in September that when I recieved it, it had a broken leg at the knee. I returned the figure the next day and still haven't heard back from them on whether or not I'll be recieving a refund or replacement. I have e.mailed and called and all I get in return is a generic return policy e.mail. I KNOW THE RETURN POLICY, WHAT RE YOU GOING TO DO FOR ME AN DMY RETURN!!!!!!
I will NOT buy from HTS again. I love Hasbro's products but their customer service from their shopping site sucks ass.

HTS has its drawbacks, but it also sells stuff (cases, exclusives) you can't get anywhere else, and has good promotions (free shipping, 25% off, $10 daily deal). On balance, I think the pros outweigh the cons, but if you hate them so much, by all means, don't buy from them.

I'll get my Joes one way or the next. I have just tired of poor service to the extent of avoiding spending my money there.

I've had my problems with HTS, but nothing to the point of me not doing business with them anymore. To me they're just another resource to get my Joes.

I've never had a problem with HTS. I think they just give bad service to whiners.

I have never had any problems with them either. Well other than waiting for my products, but i would rather know that i will get them eventually than not at all...

I have Blowtorch and some other cool stuff enroute from HTS, and I only paid 6 bucks for Blowtorch SHIPPED. This is so much better than driving all over hell's half acre searching for stuff that has already been purchased by the damn scalpers. |
