Rogue Warrior by Richard Marcinko is a number one best seller from the New Yorks Times. He tells of training and sneeking around as a Navy Seal, the detail and information is very cool. I believe he even got into trouble for telling some of it as the govt. was not to happy that he was talking about this.

I remember reading those weapons and warfare books in my junior high school library, have the whole set I found at a charity book sale. I also like to collect military reference books on military hardware like on naval units, ground units, and jet fighters, soviet military forces, small arms and gun magazines. I tend to find those sort of books rather cheap at the book area of thrift stores

Yeah, you can always find great huge books with information on fighter jets and other hardware for $13 or something cheap at Borders. They're always in the "on sale" section!

The next book I plan to read is Steel Inferno about the 1st SS panzer corps in Normandy. These guys were tuff as all get out. I want to hear stories from the frontline and see what it was like to deal with a offensive front moving right at you
