For me:
I do a cup or a two a day usually dark 1 sugar (sugar in the raw)…. At work we have that 1 cup brewer with a wide selection of Vermont’s green mountain coffee. I mix it up between the morning blend and the Vermont country roast. On weekends Starbucks Breakfast blend until I recently converted to Newman’s Special Blend- also part of Vermont’s green mountain coffee

so the Italian Roast Starbukcs (whole bean) rocks...flat out!
The wally world Columbian (ground) has been hitting the spot for the price lately. Plus old domestic stanbys: Maxwell House and Folgers help stretch the dollar as of late!

Just one cup of already ground Gevalia coffee in the morning with flavor cream, French Vanilla. I don't do the espresso thing anymore. I used to work at a Bagel place that also specialized in coffee, mainly upper-end product, and became very fond of espresso. I also became quite efficient with a portafilter, with enough skill to rival a barista's technique. Ok, that parts a stretch, but I can still brew a mean pot.

1. 5 cups
2. Yes, I grind my own beans and make my morning brew with a french press. 3. My friend's parents roast their own beans. Their company is called, Vida Coffee, and its always the darkest, best roast. When I'm not able to acquire their coffee I'll drink alterra or Anodyne, two local coffee roasters. 4. On occasion, like while at work. |

i friggin love my Joe. and my Joe's. LOL.
i'm at work right now sipping on some as i dig into this thread. my favorite coffee is Costa Rican. absolutely delectable. maybe it has something to do with the fact that i was raised on it - being of Costa Rican heritage. but i've tried PLENTY of other strains. not a big fan of latte's either. straight up brew is my cup of choice. 2 cups avg daily for me. sugar & creme the only additives. love it with pastries! |
