Barnes & Noble puts me in a tizzy

I get the first notification on June 2 that my book has been ready for pick up since June 1. This is outrageous, atrocious, capricious, and arbitrary! I could have been reading it a day ago!

On the bright side, it's a book I've already read 3 or 4 times, having borrowed it.
