Congratulations on the new job! Once upon I worked for TRU,I started out a seasonal worker that unloaded trucks back then.I did eventually stay on and work the bike and video game section but all that is a story within itself. Enjoy earning some money and have fun with it. Again like any job it's what you make of it. While I was there I worked my butt off and management sucked. I did 3 Xmas seasons after that I was done.I would get first dibs on Toy Biz Marvel stuff and Star Wars back then.Since you work graveyard you won't have deal with people asking you to check in the back for this or that but hopefully your coworkers are cool peeps and it make your shift go by quickly.

the discount is 10% off and doesn't include diapers or video game systems, overnights is the only sane place to be during season.

Now you can reveal the truth, that they have every figure we've ever wanted since 1985 stashed in the back. Every evening they all walk by and laugh at all the desperate collectors and their lonely obsession.

I can already hear it: "A toy collector working at TRU? How dare you, you scalper! That's not fair! Hey, can you hook me up?"
Congrats man. Your first order of business should be to start digging through old dusty stuff in the back room!

Cool! Let us know what it's like being on the other side. I imagine they have all the Irion Man 2 figures sitting back there because no one will buy the early waves.
