Maybe I'll write a sob story about my girlfriend Sarah getting cancer and after a bunch of people sympathize and I really get them going for pages and pages, I'll just pretend like Sarah is a goldfish. Whatever!

Oh gee, I get it! How clever! Make up a story about something serious (and people have posted serious stuff on here about accidents, bankruptcy, family death, etc), then at the very end, say, "should I get my bike fixed?" Amazing. What imagination it takes to lie and then pretend like you don't care.
The critical thing for me to remember is that there are people on here who genuinely seek advice or support, while there are also others who are complete idiots. I will have to be more careful whenever acknowledging certain members of this website. |

I thought it was pretty clever. However, I can only comment on the cheating aspect of it because I can imagine how that must feel. I can't address the vehicle part because I don't know anything about that. I've had two cars I had to replace because I refused to sit in the waiting room to get the oil changed. Really, a shop full of grease monkies and I'm there for an hour watching Days of Our Lives with 10 old women, who at least know what the hell is happening on the show? And don't ask to change the channel because there are 10 people who know how to rebuild an engine but can't figure out where the clicker is.
