That was funny! I LOVE cats but I am allergic to them and dogs. Doesn't stop me from wanting one though. Thank goodness Zyrtec is available at Wal Mart.

I have the same problem, pet dander kills me but we got our cats when they were kittens (with relatively short hair) and my allegories haven't been bad and I haven't needed any meds for them.

Nothing like a crazy cat to brighten up my day...My cat's on youtube doing dog tricks, like sitting on command, high-fives, and kisses on command. He'll do anything for beef jerky. My wife hates the cat but it's cause he's a little wild...borderline feral.

I hear ya. We want to get both a cat ( kitten ) and a dog ( puppy ) as soon as we can. It's weird with me cuz I don't always need the meds either, but it does help to have them handy. I LOVE Zyrtec cuz it works really fast to control my allergies.

I have 4 cats, and they're some pretty awesome entertainment at times. They all have their own personalities, and despite what most people think about cats, they don't always land on their feet. In fact, they hardly ever do. I love cats because they have their own mind, and no need to feel any validation from you (their owner). They pretty much know that they're better than you. You feed them, clean out their litter box and tend to all of their other needs, and sleep all day while you go to your stupid job and sit in traffic a slave your life away. But they're still excited to see you when you come through the door, so it's totally worth it.

My wife and I have both recently found ourselves back into the 9-5 (or in my case, 6-3) routine after many long summer weeks off...and the cat is pissed. He got used to us being home whenever he wanted attention. We're adopting a 9-month old kitten, finalizing next week, so soon he'll have some companionship at home while we're gone all day.
