EDIT: Ooops. It was 1995. My bad!
I work in the Self Storage industry. Everyone always asks the same silly question about finding a body in one of the units. I personally never have, but today one of my corporation's sister sites did! The place is run by my buddy Zach and his wife, who I drowned MANY olives with at the corporate Xmas party a few weeks back. This gives a whole new meaning to the term "Self Storage"... I'm waiting for the episode of Storage Wars where this happens.

That is a pretty crazy story, I am sure there are other units across the country holding similar secrets. Think Silence of the Lambs.
That almost happened on Auction Hunters. They found a beat up coffin from the 1800's, but there was no body inside. The Auction Hunter guys seem like the real pros. The peeps on Storage Wars are kind of idiots. David Hester is a detestable prick, but he is definitly the best of that group. I saw an episode where he won a unit for $1300 and made $27k on it because it was clearly full of vending machines no one else wanted to bid on. |

Dave Hester is an egotistical ass.
Haven't seen anything in the episodes to show that he knows anymore then Daryl or Jarrod. I didn't say Barry, because Barry is all about the luck.

Jackleftown lives only a couple minutes from me. We see a lot of weird shit around here. The storage unit story happened only a few minutes down the road.
News | | Text Version ^ This happened on the street I used to live on. News | | Text Version ^ This is about a half hour north of where I live. Deputies: Lakeland heroin ringleader used food stamps | wtsp.com ^ People were more mad that he was getting food stamps rather than the fact he was a heroin dealer. News | | Text Version ^ Then you've got this idiot... You should move down here. It's a screwed up place man. I've lived here my whole life and seen lots if crazy shit. Lody could make a years worth of threads just from a weeks worth of newspapers around here.
