This thread has been very eye opening to me. I have thought about having a classy way of displaying my vintage joe figures.
My idea/dream for when I get a house of my own was to build a shelf all the way along the walls about eye level and enclose it in acrylic or something along those lines. This way I could create battle scenes and such with vehicles and figures. But these look like a step in the right direction. They look like they would hold small vehicles such as the sharc, and fang, etc. One of those would probably hold most of my complete figures. Good to know about ikea |

I know the link is here somewhere, but does anyone have ideas/things to use a "risers", sort of like stadium seating for display cases?
Someone mentioned a step-like unit that is for kitchen use? I'm currently in the process of getting these and would like to have a multi-level section in each part of the case. much thanks ahead... Q |

I think they look small. I would need about 50 of these to store my stuff. I guess they are good if you rotate stuff in and out of them. For somebody like me who wants to display a bulk of their collection this won't work.

They come in all shapes and sizes, and they look really sharp. Much better than cheap plastic kitchen risers.

Check out something like these, or do a search for acrylic display stands or acrylic risers.
