Delta's pic is of that crazy Elvis collector's house he calls "Graceland Too"
Well was buying a house, but the drive to and from work was killingme, so gave it to my parents who wanted to live out in the country.. Moved into a pretty good sized apartment for the price.. realized I have too much crap for 1100 sq. ft. and since they jacked up the rent due to all the development around here, plan to move back into a house.. may just rent until I either buy another house or my parents decide if they are going to buy and RV and do the whole buy land in every state and road trip it till the end of time. LOL (Seriously.. that is what they are deciding to do cause my house is too big for the two of them. It was a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, huge garage on 1.5 acres of land.) I want my Joe room back.. keeping everything boxed up is driving me crazy.. especially since it's all just sitting in their garage..

A nice sized two bedroom apartment. Which is fine for now at reasonable price. The plan is to buy a home in 2010 and finally have a basement again to put all my stuff in.

I live in a single story brick home in Casselberry FL. I inherited it in 2000 when I was oversears serving in the military. It sat empty from Jan. 2000 til March 2001 when I FINALLY moved in.
It was a 3 bed 1 1/2 bath when I got it. I moved my parents in in 2002 after their heart attacks and turned the 1/2 bath into a full so its a 3/2. 10,000 square foot corner lot. Its rather sweet. I mortgaged it in 2004 and refinanced in 2005 so I could get my mother a car and then myself a car and pay off everyone's debt. $464 a month mortgage. Weeee! |

2 yrs now in our 3rd home...we traded up every couple of years : - )
Our current home is a 1800 square feet, 1 story, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 car garage, and full basement. The basement was bare when we moved in, but I now have a 40ft by 16 ft room dedicated to a home theater (125 inches of porn...I mean movies and video games). 1 short wall for the theater and 3 walls lined with toys : - ) Behind the walls in the basement I hide my bodies... I mean my internet store inventory : - )
