The last three albums I remember getting are:
Jackson Browne- Lives in The Balance The Dils- Made in Canada Glenn Danzig- Who Killed Marilyn/Spook City U.S.A. Well that really only holds true for dudes on Major Labels. I doubt Bobby Steele wants me to go and steal Dawn of the Undead. Nor does Penelope Huston want me to steal the Avenegers died for your sins. So in some cases jacking music is cool. IE steal a copy of Led Zeppelin IV is probably not going to hurt. Stealing Frankenchrist is going to hurt. By the way nice score on Collection II it's got the best Misfits song outside of bootlegs of Teenagers From Mars. Return of The Fly It does, and it doesn't..... If you are stealing Frankenchrist, you are stealing from Alternative Tentacles, and seeing as the REAL DK's are not around anymore and they run their own label it would hurt Jello...and possibly the other guys. As for Dawn Of The Undead, I know Bobby doesn't want you to steal it because he is broke, and every copy he sells (which sadly aint gonna be many) is a meal to him. But then take into account other bands on indie labels. such as Nitro....well at least Nitro back in the day..... I was talking to some guys that used to be on Nitro back in the day(s of the phoenix), and told me that even though they were selling records like they were life support systems they didn't make a dime off of them. They made 100% of their money off of tours. I guess the point being, if its a tiny band that you love and would support anyway....support em. Especially if they are gonna do some crazy cool vinyl stuff....otherwise, it doesnt really matter and you wont go to hell for stealing it.

Cambodian rocks:
A compilation of Psychedelic recordings found by an American (or British ?) tourist in Cambodia. The liner notes said that this was the Casset Tape the cab driver was listening to, and they bought it off him. It really cooks. MySpace.com - cambodian rocks - - Garage - www.myspace.com/cambodianrock Beehive & the Barracudas 'Pure commotion': From Swami records. It cooks as well. Michael Yonkers: Weird Psychedelic stuff from the late 60's. Practically undiscovered till the 00's! His stuff is F*CKING AMAZING!!MySpace.com - Michael Yonkers Band - TOLEDO, Ohio - Psychedelic / Lyrical / Psychedelic - www.myspace.com/michaelyonkersband07 Before that I bought a cd by WEIRD WAR: Fronted by former Nation of Ulysses/the Make Up front man Ian Svenonius. This too rules. Last edited by delta; 08-08-2008 at 10:09 PM.. |

And stealing from Bobby Steele is a hard thing to do, I had to steal 12 Hits from Hell (which wasn't even released) and I felt bad about hurting his wallet.

Bobby Steele: Great guy, super nice, good guitar player, Horrible tour bus hygene, his body is its own intricate ecosystem that science has yet to explain...or have the cajones to explore.
