Neither
the show was kind of a bummer, not on his part, on my towns:( All the kids left after the local opening act. All that were left were the owners of the club, and 3 or so late 30's/ early 40'sish punk rockers, and me. Cool thing was we got to meet, and greet after. He didin't out rite "dis" what Jerry Only was doing with the "Misfits", but he gave me the feeling that he "Felt my pain". |

Today I got inspired on the way to work and stopped at one of my record store haunts and picked up Fun House by the Stooges, I've had it for years, but my copy is pretty beat.
What inspired me? I saw The Stooges last night in NYC! Iggy was out of his head as usual, diving into the crowd, and the band was amazing! During "No Fun" Iggy told the crowd to get on stage, and I made it up there, Mike Watt noticed my Minutemen shirt and told me to give him a hug. I've seen a lot of concerts in my time, but last night ranks up there on every scale. The crowd was amazing, and didn't have too many assholes, which is always rare for a NYC show. For any NYC people out there, the venue was Terminal Five. Speaking of Bobby Steele, I'll be seeing him and The Undead for free in a few weeks in Thompkins Square.

I heard they had the whole back line stolen not too long ago. Saw it here SwamiRecords.com ~ View topic - Iggy & The Stooges - Backline Stolen Damn shame. Hope who ever stole it was at least a fan though!!! Not that that would make them right by any means, but to have some complete dumb ass who knew nothing fondeling Ron Asheton's Guitar would blow!!! |

NIN: The Slip (better than I anticipated) James Morrison: Undiscovered (meh... it was on clearance at Starbucks, figured I'd give it a spin. It's alright.) |

C........D's? With limewire and kazaa and all the other free ones, people still throw their money away to super rich corporations that steal from the artist?
