I used to dream when I was a kiddie that all my figures were real and came alive and have battles when I wasn't looking.
Now I dream that I'm in Z-Force fighting along side Karen Cliche against the Red Shadows. Honest...

I used to have a dream about walking into a shop and finding a shelf full of Morays. The dream seemed so real that i once woke up trying to remember where i put it.
The dream continued until i eventually got one, i've never had the dream again. |

Honestly, I used to have re-accuring dreams (post 1994) that I would walk into a target and see vintage styled G.I.Joes in retro packaging but new sculpts and all my favorite characters. (not repaints) Then the VvV, Spy Troops, and Sigma 6 stuff was hitting the shelves... and it was close (well not the S6)... but honestly the first time I saw the 25th stuff on the shelf I almost peed my pants. it looked almost exactly like my visions. oh what a glorious day that was!

I have always dreamed of GI Joe Toys forever. Generally they were me walking into a store and finding everything I could fit in a basket. The weird thing was though, it was never a store I could recognize and the lighting in the store is always dimmer.
Now as far as the strangest Toy Dream I have ever had would have been just a few weeks ago. I dreamed I was with friends at a house I have never been to and was going into a bedroom full of boxes and out of no where I see to left side a Python Patrol Officer on top of a box standing like normal. Except he is about 2 feet tall, then begins to move. Next think I know he leaps to a box below him and then runs out of the room. I woke up shortly after, thinking he was still in my bedroom and could swear I could smell something mechanical moving. Hopefully that does not mean I am going crazy. But I can remember that dream in vivid detail. |

I've been having dreams about finding cool or rare toys for years now, but last night's really sucked (At least when I woke up)
I was at either Borders or Barnes & Noble and I saw the Venture Brothers Season 3 DVD! Then right next to that was some Hellboy items, one of them being the SDCC 3 3/4" figure! I was super jazzed. Then I saw the best item yet. It was a Mega Gir figure from Invader Zim! (Mega Gir is a large robot toy who comes with a cloth dog costume, it was supposedly sold in Hot Topic but I never saw one) I stood in line to pay for it and then the dream started changing and such, but when I woke up all I could remember was that I held those 3 items in my hands but didn't have them now :( (BTW, if anyone has any of those...... ) Shogi I have seen it in person and ON ebay... its cool as shit! if i see it on ebay want me to pM you? |
