As I said earlier, I remember it being on a few movie sites, and I thought I had seen it here too. But in most of the things I read, I remember something about Hasbro being the one showing some footage. I don't think it as an actual trailer, especially for TF2, but they had footage.

What are you talking about?!?!?! This news just hit this last day or so. The article with J.J. Abhrams just came out and it in even he is disappointed about it. Paramount and GI Joe was on the released then pulled Comic-Con sched early this Week. So there was no talk of GI Joe not going weeks ago. In the now revised Daily it used to say there were even going to be "special guests"
**** edit***Ok, after a few searches I have found the speculation of this around Jun 27th. Dam, sucks. Lame, Poor JJ Abrahms and poor us... Still seems lame they let G4 go off about it.
And as far as the sue comment, I was being Sarcastic but the fact is, I also watched G4 talk about these movies and other websites like Joblo and Latino review quote higher-ups about what will be at the SDCC. So people like me go all out to get time off work, buy plane tickets and hotel etc just to be told after all is in place that they are not going to show. Hmmmmm. I'm sure I'm not alone in my disgruntled disappointment.
Im sure G4 and others had to get "permission" from Hasbro and Paramount to show the movie photos etc when they put the show together.. and at that point they could have been told that GI Joe, T2 etc won't be attending. But...nope..they let it go. Lucky for us.

I know everyone is all up ons about SDCC, as it is the biggest con, and it offers exclusive toys and all that, but Wondercon is one of the earlier cons in the year, and always shows tons of good stuff. | oh i completely agree with you on this one.
Wall*E, X-Files, these 2 draw tons of fans. Iron Man, did gather enough crowd. even the smaller ones like Starship Troopers 3.
but hey, minus Paramount, i mean the other studios will still be good.
Paramount could just pack it home. i have enough of SDCC programming to worry about.
