I saw a similar thread and thought I'd start one with my idea just to see what people think.
In light of recent happening overseas and the overall work our Military has done in the Middle East... What do you think the odds are of Hasbro ever putting out ARAH style Joes that commemorate the service of our men and women in the Mid East? My idea: Keep it simple. The original 13 released on limited and "special" cards, repainted and perhaps updated accesories added. A portion of the profits on these figures would go to the Wounded Warrior program. What do you think? Last edited by PitViper; 05-02-2011 at 10:29 PM.. |

If you were to do this, you'd want something that would appeal to as many people as possible. A lot of the kids out there buying G.I.Joes have never even heard of O13.
Releasing a full team that have desert or that new digital camo etc with M-4s and other modern weapons would sell, I am sure. |

I'd just release an army pack of "Nothern Alliance allies" or "Afghan/Iraqi secuity forces".
People could buy them, kitbash them and use them for whichever side they liked. |
