If you look at the Recent Threads section, both of them are there. On the O-rings, try the plumbing section at a hardware store.

Some ebay sellers in china offer lots of them. I never bought from them, so I cannot say how well they work. Many o-rings from that era were too tight, which is why they might be breaking.

There's an eBay seller in Vegas that sells them by the 100s... his seem to be okay. The ones I buy from the plumbing store seems to break so I'm not doing that anymore.
I haven't used the ones from China yet, so I cannot vouch for them. I just had a rash of mine break, so I've got a lot of work to do. I hate cracking open my 82 straight arms because they're so delicate, but I gotta get them fixed.

You can buy them on Amazon, also. Unfortunately, they stopped selling the one's that were my particular favorite, but there are still alot of different one's there. "Buna-N O-Ring" is what you want to search for.

Smalljoes sells O-rings by the bundles, and cheap, too. They're probably sized with ARAH in mind, rather than New Sculpt, but for the price it's worth trying them out, especially if you've got ARAH figures that will need O-rings replaced eventually anyways.
I picked up some from Home Depot years ago, and they seem to hold up fine, from what I've seen; though again, I've only used them for ARAH repairs.
